At amnis, a swap-based Fintech, manual receipt entry was slowing expense submissions and creating friction across approvals and accounting. I introduced AI Scan to automate data extraction, cutting management time by 50% while improving accuracy and scalability.
As Co-founder and CCO at Soapboxx, I led product vision, design strategy, and roadmap from 0→1. An early UX research round reshaped the product's entire architecture, scaling the platform from a one-month MVP launched inside a live primary election to the Biden–Harris 2020 winning presidential campaign. Today, the product has 500k supporter videos recorded, 60+ national clients, and a 70% reduction in campaign content production time.

Led end-to-end product and product build of SAM's web app, turning an early concept into an MVP adopted by 400+ clients. Designed advertiser and podcaster journeys, streamlined onboarding and campaign flows, and established revenue transparency, positioning SAM as Switzerland's first native podcast advertising marketplace.

From debit card launch to mobile product: designing amnis' first app for 4.5k SME users in 6 weeks.
When amnis launched their first business debit card in May 2023, they needed a mobile app ready at the same time. Working directly with the Product and IT leads, I defined the scope, designed the information architecture, and delivered dev-ready screens in a single sprint, covering card management, expense workflows, 2FA, and a navigation system built to scale beyond v1. The result: a product adopted by 4.5k SME users in the first release, with zero prior mobile presence.
